This Privacy Policy explains how Joyful Entertainment Company Limited (“Joyful,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the mobile game Bubble Go! - Connect Master, package name com.company.bubblego (the “Game”).

Depending on how you use the Game and the choices available on your device, we may collect the following categories of information:

• Game and profile information: guest profile information, nickname, selected avatar, game progress, level, scores, virtual currency, items, rewards, settings, and cloud-save data.
• Google Play Games information: player identifier, display name, and information needed to sign in or synchronize game progress when you choose to use Google Play Games. We do not create a separate Joyful account for the Game.
• Device and network information: device model, operating system and version, language, country or region, app version, network type, IP address, and general device or service diagnostics.
• Identifiers: advertising ID, App Set ID, installation identifier, and similar device or app identifiers where permitted by your device settings and applicable law.
• Usage and analytics information: gameplay events, session information, feature interactions, advertising interactions, consent choices, installation source, and campaign attribution information.
• Purchase information: product purchased, order or transaction identifier, purchase status, and information needed to validate and restore purchases. Payments are processed by Google Play; we do not receive your full payment-card details.
• Communications: your email address and the contents of messages and supporting information you send to customer support.

The Game does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, or precise device location.

We use information to:

• provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Game;
• save and synchronize progress and restore eligible purchases;
• process and validate purchases and prevent fraud or abuse;
• provide advertising, measure advertising performance, and attribute installations;
• understand gameplay, troubleshoot problems, and improve performance and features;
• respond to support, privacy, and legal requests;
• protect users, enforce our Terms and Conditions, and comply with applicable law.

Where applicable, we process information with your consent, to perform our agreement with you, to comply with legal obligations, and for legitimate interests such as operating, securing, measuring, and improving the Game. You may change available analytics and advertising consent choices through the Game’s settings or your device settings.

4. Advertising, analytics, and third-party services

The Game uses service providers that may collect or receive information under their own privacy policies:

• Google: Google AdMob and User Messaging Platform for advertising and consent management; Firebase Analytics for analytics; Google Play Games for sign-in and cloud saves; Google Play Billing for purchases; and Google Play Integrity for security and fraud prevention.
• AppsFlyer: installation attribution, campaign measurement, and fraud prevention.
• ThinkingData: gameplay and product analytics.

These providers may process device identifiers, IP address, device and network information, usage events, advertising interactions, purchase status, and attribution information for the purposes described above. Their processing is also governed by their respective privacy policies and your consent or device choices where required.

You can reset or limit use of your advertising ID through Android settings. Where the Game presents a consent form, you may use it to manage available advertising choices. Disabling optional analytics or personalized advertising does not necessarily remove all ads or processing required to operate, secure, or measure the Game.

We do not sell personal information for money. We may share information:

• with the service providers identified above and other vendors that host, support, secure, or operate the Game on our behalf;
• when you direct us to do so, such as when you choose Google Play Games cloud synchronization;
• to comply with law, regulation, legal process, or an enforceable governmental request;
• to investigate fraud, security issues, abuse, or violations of our Terms and Conditions;
• as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.

6. Data retention and deletion

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Game, fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, resolve disputes, maintain security, enforce our agreements, and meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and why it is processed. For example, purchase and fraud-prevention records may be retained where required for legal compliance, while support records are retained as needed to handle the request.

You may request a copy or correction of your personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, or request deletion by emailing joyfulforgame@gmail.com. We will respond in accordance with applicable law and within a reasonable timeframe. To protect your privacy, we may ask you to verify your identity, for example by providing relevant account, player, device, or purchase information.

Deleting the Game does not automatically delete information already processed by us or our service providers. Google Play Games data and Google account information may also be managed through your Google account and Google Play Games settings. We may retain limited information when required by law or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No system or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We and our service providers may process information in countries or regions other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers and process information in accordance with applicable data-protection law.

9. Children

The Game is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact us at joyfulforgame@gmail.com so that we can investigate and take appropriate action. Users who have not reached the age of digital consent or legal majority in their location should use the Game only with permission from a parent or legal guardian where required.

10. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information; object to or restrict processing; withdraw consent; and complain to a data-protection authority. Material changes may also be communicated in the Game where appropriate.
